My hourly rate is £190 plus 20% VAT.
The cost of taking a case all the way to an Employment Tribunal hearing will be in the region of £10,000 to £20,000, occasionally more, depending on the complexity of the case. This covers all work required to be done, and the period over which a typical case will require my input is anything between a few months to 2 years, but may be greater.
The only disbursements I charge are the cost of travel and accommodation, + VAT at 20%.
